DIVE - APPLICATION DESIGN
App for Creative Connections and Collaboration
App for Creative Connections and Collaboration
DIVE is a dynamic digital platform that connects individuals passionate about art, design, and creative fields, promoting both personal growth and community building. Users can join groups tailored to specific creative interests, where they can learn, share information, and explore opportunities within their chosen fields. The platform encourages real-world connections by allowing users to host, organize, or participate in events and meetups centered around various art-related topics.
In addition to group activities, DIVE enables users to set up personalized profiles where they can showcase their work, interests, and skills. A unique collaboration feature provides a direct way for users to propose and engage in projects with others, whether for paid collaborations or hobby, leisure, or study purposes.

By facilitating these connections and fostering collaborative opportunities, DIVE serves as a hub for creative minds to come together, inspire each other, and bring artistic ideas to life.
DESIGN PROCESS
After defining the concept and goals for the application, I began by designing the visual identity, starting with the logo and carefully selecting the shapes, colors, and typography to create a cohesive brand. Once the visual identity was established, I moved on to the UX design, beginning with hand-drawn wireframes to outline the app's structure. This foundation allowed me to progress to creating a functional prototype in Figma, ensuring the app's design was both visually appealing and user-friendly.

TRACKS OF FREEDOM 2024 - NEW YORK CITY TRIP
The project was developed as part of the 2024 edition of the TRACKS OF FREEDOM study trip, themed 'Unconscious Creativity,' where RUFA Visual and Innovation Design master’s students participated in a nine-day professional journey in New York, diving into the city's vibrant creative atmosphere. The experience involved studio visits, workshops, and culminated in each student presenting their work at the prestigious MFA SVA Design in front of esteemed designers like Lita Talarico and Steven Heller. Inspired by New York’s dynamic energy, the projects were later showcased at RUFA Space in Rome, highlighting this transformative educational journey.
